I have a 1 year old mini rex castor doe who I breed with a 9 month old mini rex sable buck. My doe has a litter 6 times a year and produces 8 -10 kits per litter. They are usually mixed or “broken” coloring. Usually a golden yellow base color with some faint dark coloring throughout the bodies. The kits are for sale – $45 dollars a piece.
